Continue to disappoint

This company continues to do things that appear to make no business sense. Charging customers to store video through subscription when there are so many free options to do this and more make no sense. Allowing only 15seconds of HD recording without a paid subscription again when there are so many other options make no sense. This company continues to think money first rather than to promote a strong, long term base of customer loyalty. Give customers what they value and need first Then include advanced selling features they will want. Charging to remove the watermark after purchasing multiple features make no sense. This new update interface is also the worst. Navigation and design appears cheap and sloppy. The biggest improvement is now allowing landscape. Good concept with potential in this app but poor leadership.
